Dusting Off My Camera
After joining a local photography class through the YMCA Art Program for those who have battled or are battling cancer, I knew it was time to dust off my camera again and get creative. I knew this would be a great outlet. I joined the class and I was so inspired by Chad Case at Chad Case Photography I could feel my creativity come flooding back.
The very next day I met up with a couple of people and together we walked the streets of a local town. I have to admit, I was terrified as I walked the streets, wondering if I still had that eye for photography. I decided to just relax and let it happen, to just start shooting. I spent my time walking, observing and allowed myself to see things, to really see things. One thing I have learned on this journey… remove judgement of self and you will be amazed at what happens. Here is what I captured this day.
Thanks Chad for inspiring me to get my camera out and to just go with it.
